I am super excited and proud.  I have been taking lean consistently, getting more water daily and more sleep.  I'm mentally aware of what I am eating and am moving more on a regular basis.  Can't wait to continue on this journey.

I did my 60 day scan this morning and I wanted to share my results. FYI I have not made dramatic changes in my daily life because I was already doing a lot of the things. I have been committed to taking  Lean and Fit daily and sneaking in more water.   My diet changes were increasing protein (esp for AM snack) and decreasing carbs.

First scan was Dec 3.

Since then only 3 pounds lost but look at the results!

Body fat down 3%

Total inches lost = 9-1/2

2 inches off  stomach and off hips. Chest down 1-1/2 inches. Almost 1 inch off waist. 1 inch off each thigh.

My lean body mass is up nearly 5 lbs!

This is almost 12 weeks of clean eating 1200-1500 calories a day during the week and around 1800 on the weekends, weight training three times a week, cardio twice a week, and stretching three times a week.

I am down 7.2 pounds on the regular scale but according to my fit body scan I am down 9.9 pounds but gained 2.1 pounds of muscle which equals 7.4 pounds lost on scanner. I am so pumped.

9.9 pounds of fat mass lost

6.9 inches lost

4.22% body fat lost

BMI down 1.4 points to 28.3
