I am a Holistic Health Coach, Hormone Coach, Fitness Instructor, and Faith Based Life Coach that loves to work with the whole person, spiritually, emotionally, and physically. I have worked with hundreds of one on one clients within my practice in Grand Island, Nebraska over the last 13 years.
On a daily basis I help clients with weight loss, mindset shifts, and help them to implement healthy habits into their lifestyle. I love seeing clients be able to gain control over their lives, feel empowered and move into action. It motivates me as I am someone that struggled with my weight and self-care for half of my life.

Kimberly Lopez, Head Cryotherapy Technician
Kimberly is our full time Cryotherapy Technician at Angie Rose Health Coaching. She has been working on her own health and wellness for years and at one point weighed 420 pounds. Over the years she has learned how to change her eating, her lifestyle, and her habits for the better. Cryotherapy has also helped her feel even better after losing so much weight. Kim is the best when it comes to relating to clients and helping them become the best version of themselves.
Kimberly has been trained extensively on how to use the Kassen Machine by Tru Cryo. She has now been treating our cryotherapy clients for over a year and has learned so much along the way about how different people respond to cryotherapy and the different ways it can be utilized that she has become our local cryo expert.

Kelsey Dierberger, Cryotherapy Tech & Social Media Manager
Stormy Van Natta, Front Desk Administrative Assistant
Stormy joined the Angie Rose Health Coaching time as our Front Desk Administrative Assistant in August of 2024. She has been an answer to prayer and our team finally feels complete with Stormy managing the front office! When you call the office to book an appointment or ask a question she will be the one taking care of you with a friendly personality and positive attitude.
Stormy has done an amazing job picking up her job duties and helping the rest of their team with their work loads. When she isn’t working she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading, crocheting, or cross stitching
She has also decided to start health coaching with Angie and we can't wait to share her 6 month journey with you all.

Kelsey joined the Angie Rose Health Coaching team as our Office Manager in March of 2023 and quickly became our go to girl for everything from assisting clients with check in and scheduling appointments to creating all of our social media content and visuals around the office.
This summer Kelsey was promoted to part time evening and weekend Cryotherapy Tech and full time Social Media Manager. Her cryotherapy hours are Monday-Thursday 3-7pm and Saturdays 8am-12pm.
When Kelsey isn’t color coding her planner or creating amazing things for the office social media she enjoys being a part of Abundant Life Christian Center’s art team, reading a good book, and cuddling with her two cats.
